This Publishing Agreement is made as of the date of the Author's signature below (the "Effective Date"), between Step Up Strategies, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Epic Author Publishing ("Epic Author" or "Publisher"), and YOU ("Author" or "you").

Scope of Services
The Author hires the Publisher to help strategize, write, market, and monetize one or more books. This done-with-you Program runs 6 months from the Effective Date and walks you step by step through our signature Epic Author Method.
During the Program, the Publisher agrees to:
- Publish the Author's book(s) on Amazon KDP and help create and optimize the Author Central profile
- Coach, consult, and mentor the Author to become an Amazon Bestseller. Guaranteed.
- Deliver the content, coaching, and consulting to create and market the pre-launch of the book
- Support the Author by video, voice, text, and in person
- Never make decisions for or on behalf of the Author
The Author remains in full control and takes 100 percent ownership of the result of every decision made during the Program.
The $100K Partner Promise
We guarantee you'll make at least $100,000, or we keep working with you until you do. We don't stop until this partnership has put that money in your pocket. Clients, speaking, books, programs, partnerships, anything that came from this work counts.
You tell us when you've hit it, and we take your word for it.
If it takes longer than your 12 months, you keep your seat. Your coaching calls, your community, your Publishing Agent. We're partners until you're there.

Ownership
The Author owns 100 percent of their content and keeps all rights to their books, including full ownership, book royalties, creative control, and distribution rights.

Recording Release
I give Epic Author permission to record our conversations, calls, webcasts, and other communications, and to use those recordings for content, books, training, marketing, and testimonials, for this Program and for other Epic Author products and programs, without further approval or payment.
My book and its contents stay mine.
Confidentiality
The Author understands they will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone except key people on their team. The Author will not reproduce these copyrighted materials, nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone, in compliance with federal and state copyright and trademark law.
Terms of Agreement and Refund Policy
As long as the Author is paid in full, you get lifetime access to this Program. All sales are final. Once you have received access to Epic Author materials you cannot give it back or "unsee" it. You will have received access to our valuable intellectual property and materials, and therefore there are no refunds for this Program. We are only interested in people who are honestly committed to consuming and using our materials. We do not tolerate unethical behavior or misuse of our content and support.
